Here are 70 slides, containing an introduction to our unique process and 7 brief meditations to assist in making both the practice of meditation and desired changes in life style become long-lasting.

Please guide yourself through these presentations at your own pace, using the keyboard arrows, pausing as need be, and repeating as often as you like.
